HOW TO KNOW IF YOU ARE TOXIC?

Many times, we find ourselves in arguments with people, convinced that we are right and they are wrong. However, we must understand that the other person also believes that they are right and we are wrong. It's a matter of perspective. 

We may label others as toxic, but they could be thinking the same about us. The point is that someone can exhibit toxic behavior without being aware of it. This is why it's important to step back and analyze our actions. It can be difficult to determine if we are exhibiting toxic behavior or not. 

Even if we occasionally act self-centeredly or tell little white lies, it doesn't necessarily mean we are a hazard to others.
